Yeah my thougts exactly. I can block of that speedo, its basically useless. In fact, the 60mph mark lies so low in the speedo that it seems you are going slower! I'll post pics once the gauge gets here.

What type of gauge are you wanting to use?
Electric or mechanical

We used the brake booster hose with a step down fitting pre check-valve. This picture may not be for the boost reference line specifically, I think it's for the BPV, but you get the idea

Thanks,
Rick

Manual Needed

Anyone know how I can find the manual this image was from?

I popped my dash vents out (the ones on the top of the dash right below the tweeters) thinking I might Plasti Dip them and then decided not to. WELL.... they don't go in as easy as they come out or at least mine didn't and I might have gotten a little frustrated and I might have gotten a little to rough with them.... and then I might have realized I was trying to put the Left and Right sides in the opposite places which didn't help my frustration at myself. So long story short I need to replace one and this looks like it has the part number and I don't trust the dealer to look up what kind of oil my car takes so this is a lost cause for them.

Does the supplied Defi black bezel still fit, and perhaps you chose to go without it, or does this ac adapter interfere with it fitting?

I just installed my ATI pod a couple weeks ago. You're basically just friction fitting the gauge in place, so if the bezel needs more clearance, you just pull the gauge out a bit, fit the bezel in place, then push the gauge back in.

I don't care for how the wiring was run... I found it a better idea to punch a hole in the vent housing instead, just in case you ever want to go back to stock vent it's easier to replace and probably cheaper.

Thanks for the info and the advice. I'll consider both.
