Taillights with hard water spots inside

So I dried up the condensation in my Lexons today and in the end there's water spots all over the inside. Can I get some help on removing them? Thanks!!

The best way to remove the water spots is to have the taillight air dry for a few days. If you don't want to remove the lens you can stuff some gel packs (the ones that come with shoes) into the taillight. It will absorb any left over moisture inside the lens. As for the tried up moisture I can't figure a way to remove it other then taking apart the taillight.

I take it from your comment the spots are marks left AFTER drying. If so, I am told that gas line antifreeze (methyl hydrate) will remove the marks.

My gut tells me the gel packs won't work but I hope I'm wrong. Gonna try still

Should be - just use a little and let it swirl around the marks, then drain.

Make sure its all evaporated before you apply electricity.
Methyl hydrate evaporates quickly.

I've been coming across many of your older posts in the tail light condensation threads lol I will give this a try. But I'm having a hard time finding any. Any suggestions where to look? I was also looking at Amazon. It's all expensive, large quantity stuff. Closest I found was the HEET brand for 4 bucks but it says there's additives

Gas line antifreeze - $1.99 a bottle at any gas station, or Canadian Tire, or any generic car supplier .

You may have to order some from a gas station in a state (or any Cdn. Province) farther away from the equator.

Had some interesting phone calls this morning..
"What, gas light antifreeze??"
"Oh no we don't have any methadone"
Someone even hung up when I said 100% methanol

Pretty much all of Oregon only has the HEET brand. I'll test it on my stock tail lights first haha

I haven't seen anyone testify if gas line antifreeze works. So I did it on my OEM tails first and amazed to say it looks much cleaner than it did before. Now for my Lexons lol
