First log:

Second log:

Like previous drives, I was able to start the car and it idled/drove perfect for 20 minutes. I then parked it and left it sitting for about 2 hours. Second drive, idle was a bit hesitant at first but the car drove ok for a bit. Then the "hiccups" started occuring, idle would occasionally bounce around at stop signs/lights, and I had the throttle completely stop responding once about 10 minutes into the drive, but it almost instantly returned after pulling over.

Still can't wrap my head around why the car would drive perfect and then only act up after sitting for a while, but hopefully some of the information in these logs may help. Thank you!
Your fuel trims are wild. Either the tune is not working as intended, or there is something triggering the need for a LOT of extra fuel.

Flex fuel reads content, so.... ask your tuner for an opinion.

Appreciate the response and you taking a look man. The car has ran great with no changes to the tune for roughly 2 years now. I haven't changed any components on the vehicle either, so I'll just tear into it tomorrow and start checking everything I can.. maybe a bad exhaust leak somewhere, o2 sensor, not sure anymore. If all else fails I'll contact the tuner and see if he can possibly shed some light.

Just a small update. Here we are months later, I still have yet to figure out what this issue with the accelerator pedal is. I have replaced coil packs, replaced the entire throttle body/sensor. Checked for any vacuum/boost leaks. Checked for exhaust leaks. Car still throws zero codes. Issue essentially remains the same: car will drive fine for a while, then after sitting for an hour or 2, accelerator pedal will randomly stop working while driving, as if it has like 5% input or nearly total fuel cut. Car will die when coming to a stop after this happens, and hesitates to start/idle again. Can get the car idling again, but it will run extremely rich after that, but I can limp it home/to my destination.

I would have probably just taken to some sort of reputable tuner shop by now but that doesn't exist fit my current financial situation but will possibly look into it.. I've loved this car for almost 8 years now, but if I can't fix it soon, it may just be time to move on.

Big thank you to @tomm.brz. He managed to take a look at some data logs and determined it was a bad map sensor that was causing my issue. Replaced it and car hasn't skipped a beat since. Just wanted to post a thanks and also leave this here for anyone running into this issue possibly in the future.

Wow yeah, that's wild. In the logs you posted earlier, you can clearly see the MAP sensor randomly max out at 4 bar in the manifold, sometimes when you aren't even touching the gas pedal.
