aluminum driveshafts anyone have updates?
So, I know it's been asked but, haven't seen any updates lately. Are you guys still experiencing vibrations with the drive shop shafts?

I don't doubt it! I don't want OP to think there's no alternative though. Polarity thinking is dangerous

(Not saying this is your case) but I know people installed the ds wrong and it would vibrate and they had to rotate it then it was completely fine. But i installed and everything was fine the first time so i can’t personally attest to that. |

There are multiple options. At least 3 different carbon driveshafts that I know of, I am sure there are some special ones in japan as well. And I am sure there are ways to make sure everything is right down there and cancel out anything that that is annoying but just part of the deal in other ways that is not changing out drivelines. If you don't care about overall weight there is multiple different types of sound deadening that can make the cabin as quiet as a lexus. |
