You have to remember, that the 0.4mm on the a ~25mm hub would then be 3x as bad on a ~70mm pulley

You can see what it looks like in the video I linked to in my build thread. You don't want the pulley 0.1mm on the piss, let alone 1.5mm.

Re serial numbers, posted pics of both up.

i've inspected mine very carefully both while still, and while running, there is no wobble, or off-balance motion at all. it's smooth as can be.

What does carefully mean? Visually or w/ a dial indicator?

Out of curiosity, how well packaged are the units during shipping? I'm wondering if maybe there's a third party at fault nobody has thought about.

The units could be shipped better. But its not being bent in shipping. Its poor maching of the hub that is the problem.

I need to get some pics up so its clearer what to look for.

Anyone have the links for the innovate moto-east tunes, E85, or 93, I remember seeing one around 265whp, I'm stuck on my phone ATM, so search = shit.

I'm running the Moto-East tune. The one guy running 265whp is not. I plan to hit the dyno again soon but I'd estimate 255-260whp on E85 and 230whp on 93.

Here's my E85 dyno from @moto-mike's tune on map 4 (the more aggressively timed E85 map)

We had to kill the run at 6500RPM's because of an issue with the wideband on the dyno, but it looked on track to break 250 pretty easily. I'll be re-doing these runs once I get my own wideband installed.

Speaking of widebands - what're you guys using? any recommendations? I like the AEM Failsafe for their datalogging capabilities and reviews, but not sure how the failsafe would be implemented w/ the innovate or if i'd just not use that portion.

From what I understand, the AEM doesn't interface directly with ecutek software (don't know of moto-mike is using that or brzedit) and I'm not sure about if it works directly with brzedit. If not, it has to be setup independently, and the data logging benefits are just duplicating what ecutek and brzedit already do. Our cars already come with a wideband 02 sensor, but if you're upgrading, innovate makes a wideband o2 sensor and controller and a whole logging and acquisition suite. They've been doing that longer than they've been in the supercharger business. Might be worth it to look into theirs.

I will be re dynoing on a Dynojet in the next week or so. I shall post my new numbers off of that once the shop can confirm a Saturday that works for them.

Your 265 pull was done on 93 octane, and that's it no meth/water?
