Does anyone have a custom dashboard background or a link to a place to find them?

Google images?

Seriously, I just went online and found pics and used an app to get them to the correct size. I have a GRMN logo on a black background. Dark works best if you might use the app at night IMO.

Dashboard

I started messing around with the dasboard in the app today. Although it's customizable it has a lot of limitations in term of astethics.

Anyways here is my first attempt at a custom dashboard. Doesn't look nearly as nice a the torque one I created.

I made this in the demo mode so the values are messed up.

Still lots of tweeking before I'll be happy. The first one will be my dataloging screen.

@randomthoughts that looks like it would be really hard to actually read when driving and there is repetition across the screens/tabs.

I have 2 main screens with actual useful info that you might want for driving and then the rest are there just for datalog info. While it's great to fill a screen with info, much better to have minimal info of useful data.
Why RPM? - it's on the dash in front of you
Throttle angle - not useful unless mapping the throttle (even then I'd just mark and use logs.)
AFR - I think the graph works well with target and output
Temps - Air/Oil/Water - set on dials with min and max set works well
MAP and MAFs - same as above
VVT on - Is 1/0 so you can have that as a bar/number/dial as you see fit
VVT angles - also a worthwhile parameter

Here's mine for ref:

@Kodename47 It is much easier to read on my Tablet. I am not sure why the screen captures turned out so dark.

As for the the first page, I realize now after I have been playing with the app that the data logging parameters are selected in another menu. For some reason I thought it would log what was on the screen (hence the busy screen). I should have known better as my OFT tablet has a separate menu for logging channels. I just picked what was used for logging on OFT but I see this can log many more parameters.

The parameters I choose on the other screens were some what random just to play with aesthetics.

My final setup will have more appropriate parameters. And thank you for the suggestions I will definitely consider some of them.

I will connect the Bluetooth to the ECU tomorrow ans try it out. I am still on an OFT tune so I assume the RaceRom features will not be available as well as some parameters until I have an RaceRom tune. I am new to Ecutek.

i too keep the most valuable voices on main dash board
but if you make multiple pages on dasg that you won t even ever look at, and you put all the normally logged valuea by "Datalogging" it permits you to eventually log from dash without going back to dataloggin

3 second hold or pedal dance should light both the TC and VSC lights (yellow on an FRS, not sure on a BRZ). There's a third light, the green VSC sport, it shouldn't be lit.

I'd double check that, pedal dance absolutely does not turn off ABS.

Why is that coolant gauge behaving like that?

Faulty sensor?

Gauge malfunction?

Or blown Fuse?

Thanks.

What issue exactly? What do you think is wrong with the coolant gauge? There's no issue in that cluster image.

The coolant gauge has the gradient markings missing.

Long story cut short, i had accidentally 'long pressed' the centre button on the steering wheel controls and the coolant gauge turned to this blank look without any numbers. Another long press brings back the numbers on the scale for the coolant temps.

I admit to not knowing this before. Just discovered this.

With the long press it switches to a more "normal car" hot cold range versus actual temp. I don't know why anyone would want the hot cold range vs the numbers imo lol.
