I'd try a vinyl protectant (Armor-all,303.Nu-Vinyl,etc.) Now you may have to do the whole bumper as where you apply it will be shinier. Some of these products can be used on rubber as well ---tire sidewalls.

part of the textured pattern is like gone. you can't really fix that to make it match the rest of the bumper.

get a new/used oem bumper or go aimgain diffuser:

or cut it off to show off really cool bash bars like these younger kids are doing:

(i wouldn't)

Bubba says to hit it with a Sharpie then rub it out.

but true! I'd use the thinnest sharpie available, or something thinner, to fix. Do clean up first.

Regarding what the others said is also true. It will be marked forever, unless you actually scuff up the rest of the bumper to match that. I have learned to live with my cars marks after a while. If you can't ignore your battle mark, then that is the perfect excuse for a new mod.

I have decided to bring mine in an auto service shop before since there's nothing else that I can do. I've tried to use different products but that did not solve the item.
