Can't wait to see a few drag strip passes. Looks like a fun car. Congrats on the numbers.

Definitely necessary if you track the car. The stock engine mounts can't handle 400whp. At the track, the shifter would bounce side-to-side from the engine moving back and forth under load. The Whiteline parts are extra security to make sure as much power is making it to the ground.

All three parts also increase feedback dramatically in the car. The engine mounts really make you feel ever vibration coming from the motor. Better communication mods if you will.

It sure does make it look less peaky I suppose.

did you expect a 4 cylinder engine pushing 17 psi to start boosting at 2600 or 3000rpm? if so, you better start reading more on engines buddy. even high psi v8 engines don't spool up till 3000. you want power out of a small engine? make sure you're ready to lose some of that power down low.

I'm not saying driveability sucks now since I haven't had a ride in one, but im sure it's not the same as stock anymore puttering in city.

and btw, that's awesome pushing out that much out of a stage one kit

I don't need to read up on engines, buddy.

I expected this turbo to kick in where it has. My point was to highlight that posted a graph starting at 4000rpm could be seen as misleading. Would you see any issue with putting a t67 on the car, and just showing a graph starting at 5500rpm?

I'm not knocking the kit or the results in any way.

Also, for anyone interested in the turbos expected performance at this output. A friend of mine ran this turbo for two seasons of drifting on a unopened sr20 at 440rwhp. The motor popped and he has since replaced with a built motor. Using the same turbo but now tuned on e30 it made 460rwhp, but he's really pushing the turbo to the limit now, tbh I think he's just looking for a reason to replace it.
