Unstable revs when switched to R/D from P

Hi I got a 2018 toyota 86 auto recently added JDL catted UEL and OFT tune (Stg-2-v4.03-ZA1JN10D.bin). But after that I found every time after cold start, if I don't let the car fully warmed up, the rev will rise to 2000+ immediately after shifting to R/D and then be quite unstable when I releasing the brake.

It make some trouble when I want to move preciously in the garage, just want to know is there any solution for that? I attached a video and the tune file I've used. You can see from the video that I never touch the throttle but the rev is keeping dancing...

Yup, with OFT tunes mine did it both OTS and custom. need to let it warm up and idle longer.
If you put it into R or D before the idle revs have dropped below 1k it will do that and drive a bit odd. I just let it idle another 30seconds or so and no issues.
