HKS Supercharger E85 Dyno Results

I just got back from some dyno pulls and here are the results,

310whp
222lbs torque
13psi boost

The full setup is - HKS GT V3 Supercharger with upgraded pulley kit, DW 900cc injectors, DW fuel pump, Borla UE length headers, Grams 72mm throttle body.

Ecutek tuned to run on E85.

I'm pretty happy with this. Power to weight ratio is now up there with the 370z Nismo, Mustang GT etc. I just hope it holds up and I don't end up in the engine rebuild thread!

Lol only smash it when u need to. E85 is better than pump gas less chance of knock despite the power increase.

Are you running the grams with the red manifold?

It's this one https://www.ft86speedfactory.com/gra...l#.XtoY8kVKguU

No red manifold though.

I had some major idling and unpredictable rev issues after getting the supercharger installed, installing this fixed the problem.

idling problems have nothing to do with stock throttle body
if you had idling problems, it was only fault of the tune and calibration of injectors and throttle body itself

Anyway great dyno pull!

Agreed. What kind of Dyno was this. Do you have a baseline for a stock car on this Dyno?

Is the throttle body a bottleneck at this power? Would be cool to see a dyno before and after the TB.

Don't think it would be a bottle neck but for sure the grams has much more aggressive throttle response

From what i have found our heads/intake valves are our bottleneck. That is why any induction changes/filters have little effect on power.

My post may have been a bit misleading there, it was more of an internal sensor issue than a physical one.

I got a DTC code for the throttle position sensor after some test pulls, and unfortunately the only way to replace that was a whole new throttle body. It fixed the idling issue with no tune adjustments.

It was done on a Dyno Jet 248.

A quick search shows a stock 2013 model produced 173whp on the same model of dyno (https://www.edmunds.com/car-reviews/...no-tested.html), so I'm getting an increase of almost 140whp with the new setup!

It's funny my F56 Mini made the same exact numbers but flipped with just a reflash on pump gas. Curb weight is about the same too.

310 ft/lbs TQ
222 WHP
