Damaged my Bespoke unit :(

Alright so i'm trying to find a solution to my ignorant mishap. While installing the Bespoke unit I dropped it and it left a few scratches on the screen and 1 gash by the DVD player. The head unit and touchscreen works 100%. I noticed the face of the head unit can be screwed off but i'm unsure where I can get it replaced.

I called Pioneer and they mentioned they don't sell replacement parts for OEM items. Called my local dealership and they said bring it in, but I have a feeling they will only recommend to buy a whole new unit.
