So 2.4" headers and 2.5" the exhaust catless. 90 decibel idle. I am going to get the decibel level of revving but it is ungodly loud

Try Perrin or Q300. I have the Perrin, you can barely hear my exhaust at idle.

That's if the app is accurate. It's sound meter on Android. Seems legit but it is an app.

Also, I should of said thats during cold start. Idle isn't much quieter. It's so bassy now though.
It's anywhere from 70-80 at idle.

WOT I'm still trying to get. I'm guessing 110-120. It's so loud

lol, I'm gonna go add an ice cube to my whiskey to help water it down.

jk, I would never. It's all about those frozen stone things.

Sound tube delete might help lol. I've had it done on mine since day one.

Cold start on mine is pretty loud, and thats with UEL, op, stock fp and ark grip catback-so catless I'd imagine is pretty insane.

Well I finally got off my lazy ass and got this damn thing out.

Also shoutout to this guy @B-R-Z

http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=72263

Funny thing is that I won a 25 dollar gift card from work's teammate appreciation and NOBODY wanted the Home Depot gift card and when I got it I literally was like HELL YEAH and my co workers are like "Damn that's a first" so I literally paid nothing lmao hell I didn't even know that Home Depot sells car oil.

Anyways back on topic I haven't driven this car enough to know that much of a difference yet so I'll be back to update this post.

I heard removing the sound tube doesn't do much when you have a loud exhaust. I have yet to remove mine though. Been too lazy. Can't I buy a plug from Home Depot or something?

Sound tube is generating sound from intake into cabin & nothing to do with exhaust. If exhaust is loud, it won't do much.

You can just plug it at the firewall.

If your exhaust is droney and 120 decibel wot, or 80+ at idle it does matter.

Driving video with stock catback/op/fp and the Gruppe-s headers. It's from a GoPro, for reference.
