agree, but i think hes correct about the proportions. the front is too long and the rear is too short to be related to the GR electric sports concept.

"The next-generation cockpit offers intuitive controls and a more immersive driving experience."
Someone (who's not a marketing fidiot) please explain this as I read it as an oxymoron.

"Intuitive controls" could mean analog and basic with less touch screens and deep menus to get to functions.

"Immersive driving experience" could mean less cabin distractions, great visibility, low hoodline, pulled back A-pillars, low seating position (sitting in the car and not on the car, console wrapped around the driver for a driver's centric cockpit feel, etc that make the driving experience feel more immersive in driving.

because it is.

the first image shows tons of screens all over the interior. not buttons as 'intuitive controls' would indicate to me.

as far as the 'immersive' part:

Immersive:
providing, involving, or characterized by deep absorption or immersion in something (such as an activity or a real or artificial environment)

by that definition, as long as the steering wheel steers, the windows remain transparent, and the gas and brake pedals work as they're intended, it would be an immersive driving experience. just the same as a 30 year old camry.

LMFAO! The shocked faces always make me laugh and cringe because it's so stupid.

Nowadays "immersion" needs to have graphics and motion video while you drive, and "intuitive controls" means a smartphone plastered on the dash somewhere.

Fromt he pics it got all that covered, a full colour screen of some type to watch an image of your car animate in every which way possible, and smartphone lookalike screen flanking the steering wheel, because everyone uses a smartphone and they're so easy to use now.

Add in a gajillion apps you dont need while driving and you have the future of driving!
