1988 Camaro v6 2.8L manual

The brz/frs has within one inch of the wheelbase, half inch of the height and within an inch of the width. The v8 couldn't corner well compared. I bought it with very few miles on it. Manual transmission 5 speed. Lsd standard. That car rocked the party. Made me laugh how the new 88 2.8 camaro is the twins. It never dawned on me until last night. I have had big v8's and was never as happy as tail happy light cornering manual with a great low comfy F14 fighter jet seating. (That is how i thought of it when i was in it as a young man)

The speed limit is 71 before 220 dollar ticket and 600 dollar over three year fine. I had a 71 corvette with side pipes and a revised carborator. It was fun for 5 seconds then i had to let off gas and pray a policeman didnt hear me

That car really gives me a lot of memories as well. I believe it was the first real sports car I was a passenger in. The quarterback's dad chain smoked in it with the window cracked and it seemed like it was perfectly designed to minimize second hand smoke exposure.

I was walking home in a rain storm last night after watching The Accountant at the theatre, and noticed this poor guy, although not very approachable, making an ass of himself. Yelling at nothing and the whole shebang.

I'm really curious about the new 2017 Z28 though, but sometimes the 80's domestics remind me of these guys and their acquaintances that seem to be very common in my town.

In retrospect, seeing a dealer charge well over $40,000 in 2013 for a GT86 in South America makes a fully loaded track-prepped 2016 Camaro look like a fair comparison.

It was reported on social media as far back as 10 years ago that some politicians were pushing for a 55mph national speed limit for a variety of reasons. Strange, because when I drive 70 mph, compared to 60 mph, there is barely any change to fuel economy.

My car had no air conditioning. It had big levers under the dash for Floor Vents. Left and right pulls. They would open up a very large rush of air. No one's hair ever blew in the wind with the vents open and windows open. Yes cigarette smoke with be sucked out. Now, every car has your hair being smashed around if you open any combination of windows. That car had so much style. Better exhaust and one could Chip the car for some usable extra power and sound.

My first car was an 84 Camaro Z28 M5, purchased around 1998. Had the 305ci High Output engine. That car was a blast.

Funny how that car is the same size as my BRZ, if that's true. I don't know if it shows how small the third gens were or how big the twins are.

....I actually have an '88 Camaro with the 2.8 V6 and the 5-speed. Quite dead at the moment, but not for long. I was surprised to read the title of this thread being that I have that exact car.

Dimensions may be similar, but that old iron block only put out as much power as a modern Corolla (~135), and the Camaro was far from light. Each door is about 70+ pounds alone. I won't disagree that this car is kind of like the base Camaro of this era, though, but way better in the handling department. We just don't have a turbo FA20 option pulled out of the WRX to match the v6 base and v8 options of the Camaro.

Hey! I thought the "Thanks" were referring to Anna Kendrick's new book.

I hate when sometimes movies and media digitalize and airbrushed people. I know a few guy's my age that fell for it and in fact had to for a minute, take it upon myself to prove it once. Look at them now.
