Some updates:

Stripped and shaved my Rear Seat Delete. Two of the three pieces are now covered in Alcantara:

@wheelhaus Third brake arrived:

Rear interior removed for install:

Ran a USB cable behind the dash from the glove box for my charger:

Third brake light is currently installed, but I have a bunch of work to do before the interior goes back in. Hopefully can get a lot of it done this weekend, but project completion probably won't be done until next week.

Something's different....

Still have a few things left to install, but before I button up everything in the back, working on something else:

Beat-up FR-S antenna left, beat-up Nissan Altima/Maxima/GTR antenna right:

Sanded, then primer applied:

Sanded primer coat, and several color coats applied:

And clear-coated!

The lighting isn't particularly good in the last photo, the finish is smoother than it looks here. Tomorrow, I'll polish it up, should help as well.

Nissan internals are different than the Toyobaru internals, so have to swap them. I need to modify a few things internally on the GTR antenna for better reception, but the FR-S board is installed to the 'new' base. I'll lose Sat radio, using the smaller FR-S (vs the BRZ) antenna internals, but I don't have a subscription anyways.
