Adding to the TL;DR: should arrive in US dealers in December.
There’s also some GR accessories they’re touting: Quote:

So $200 less than the superior BRZ, which contains more Aluminium?
On a serious note, I was expecting the Toyota to be slightly more expensive given their history on pricing. Good to finally hear some news. |

So all of the people in the other thread who were about to jump from the bridge no longer have to? I mean, it sounded like it could be March. But December isn't that bad. Dead of winter, though. |

Nope, but now that the US pricing has finally been settled, Canada will follow shortly after. Since there's no serious difference in the price vs. the BRZ for the US, I think its pretty safe now to use BRZ pricing to plan.

I'll get more excited when the web site moves it out of "upcoming" and bumps out the 2020. Build and price tool...
I pinged a Toyota dealership again today with "hay pricing announced, wassup?" Told me to check back closer to December. Trying to remind myself there are plenty of things I would normally procrastinate way longer than that. Oh, thumbs up on the bronze GR wheels. |

Yeah, not sure what exchange rate Subaru is using but I’m not complaining. You’re thinking Toyota will do the same?

The tariff structure should be the same for both cars so unless Toyota Canada pulls a boner it should come in a little less than the Subie. Which is very surprising. |
