E85 MPG

Does the OFT v 4.03 E85 tune correct for worse mileage in the dashboard MPG readout? Is it accurate for E85. Thanks all, great forum

No, doesn't correct for E85. Wayno tunes do.

Is there a correction needed? Isn’t the system measuring volume of fuel per mile? E85, or normal gas, a gallon is a gallon.

There is an adjustment needed, but the latest oft roms should have it already. It's needed because the mileage display is based on fuel rail pressure which isn't changed by an e85 tune. It's called fuel display multiplier offset in my RR definitions, under misc.-other.
