New carb ecu issues?

Any retail ECU tuner sold in California will pass CARB inspection. This is more about custom ECUs that go beyond spec.

It's always recommended, if you have an ECU tuner like OFT, to reload the baseline file before you go for a smog check.

Its going to be interesting with ecutek. At this point till people who have custom tunes and go back to a stock rom go in for a smog check just don't know. Spoke to Zach @CSG and he does not seem to be worried.
