In regards to your rear clunk, try this.
Remove the two styrofoam trays in the trunk with your jack and tools and see if it goes away when you go for a drive.

It's not a bad choice. Any coilover that uses non-oem rubber top hats will make some noise. Not a huge deal.

I greased the roller bearings, as notsojdm did. Mine dried out because I daily drive my car and had to drive in the winter (snow, salt). Because the bearings dried out it was harder for it (and the spring) to rotate, so I was getting some coil bind.
