Grats on the great deal!

And to answer your question: tires.

As @Foobar stated, tires. Also light weight wheels, 17x8 or 17x9 seems to be popular choices for N/A builds. (I'm not an expert by any stretch of the imagination, so don't take my word for it)

However, the car is quite fun bone stock due to the primacy tires itching to lose traction in the back.

First Brand New Car!!!

Hey guys, I bought my 2013 satin white BRZ premium in August and finally got the courage to join this forum. I'm having a great time zipping around Chi with it stock until I can raise the funds to do some mods. I'd like to eventually do some cosmetic stuff like tinting and getting some nice rims but I'd also like to get some nice track tires and eventually maybe throw a turbo on there once I get comfortable (but that's pretty far off in the future). <<<Advice more than welcome!!!

Anyways, I'd love to meet up with some of you Chicagoland peoples sometime maybe when the weather gets back to nice!

Glad to be here!

hey all. new to the site but definitely not new to the forums. been everywhere from about a dozen automobile forums, gun forums, photography forums, bodybuilding.com even(yes i know, shut up). have been a moderator on 2 diff occasions to boot. also a u.s. marine and oef vet.

anyways, just put my '00 camaro ss up for sale and have started getting everything in line to be able to go pick up a brz in the next month or so. went and test drove an frs last week and it was such a departure from the ls1 f-body. the biggest down side i saw...was having that fucking salesman telling me to slow down! haha these cars are hilariously fun to drive, and i don't even feel guilty for cheating on my cowmaro cuz these things look tits!! i am going to miss the power of a heads/cam ls1 though, but definitely wont miss sitting in jail...anyways wish me luck! hope i can get a good deal on one!!

Hello all. Name is Aaron!

I happily purchased a 2014 BRZ Limited in Dark Grey 6 speed manual. Have not logged many miles today sadly but I can tell it is going to be fun. We (My wife and I) also have a 2007 STI Limited with a built engine and AMS 750R and front mount with around 450 wheel hp. Also have a stock 2013 Forrester Limited. And a 2004 Mini Cooper S with a built engine at 245 wheel hp.

I look forward to checking out the info about the BRZ here on the forum and learn a thing or two. I am a BMW/MINI tech by trade and my wife and I built her EJ25 so I am not a stranger to the Boxer engines .

Hello all!

I've had my '14 Limited WRB BRZ for about a month now. Just rolled over 2,000 miles! She's been a ton of fun. Can't wait to get to know some of you guys on here

Finally found time to register instead of stalking everyone after a monthI
Lookin at gettin a BRZ sometime this month.
I drive a Camaro and I am going to be sad when she goes. Hopefully the BRZ will fill that void when she sells.

Hello everybody! First time poster, long time reader/researcher. Just picked up my 2013 WRB BRZ Limited 6MT this past Thursday! She was sitting in the showroom and only had 5 miles on her. I absolutely love this car and I can't wait to start modding!
