but if you really dig into where all jackstands/jacks are made, it's really only a few factories that just slap different paint/stickers on the exact same thing.

The jacks are fine. If they fail (which I haven't ever heard of them failing), they fail well before you get under the car. Probably even before you get it in the air. I have one and will continue to use it.

Hell, ya could build a house on top of that structure. The foundation for the house my father was born in had stacked up limestone rocks for a foundation.
