Was at a subaru dealer yesterday and they had a new STI with it. Its definitely whiter. They had a forester there which has the swp and there definitely was a different colour. The new white is more of a flat white where as the old one has the nice pearl to it. Personally I like the old one a bit more but its close.

I will try to take a picture with my other buddy (2013 white FRS) and (2013 white BRZ). However, they do look similar and not a big difference.

Compared to my other car (white CT200H), the Lexus is more "white" which I like it better in my opinion.

I'm actually really liking everything on the Series.Blue. That CWP looks nice as well, although the blue interior, at least in my opinion, doesn't fit. Red stitching would have been better.

3. As far as the key fob goes, although it does look better, it's all proximity so it'll rarely be seen out of your pocket to even appreciate the nice design.
4. The steering wheel looks bad with those big blue segments.
5. The seats and steering wheel don't match the red leds on your clock and gauges anymore.
6. Black wheels got old for me after a while. You can't even appreciate the design of your wheels after the sun goes down.

Those are my opinions about it. The only thing I really like is the trim kit.
Well, way to rain all over someone else's parade. Let him enjoy his new car for what it is, no need to shit all over it with your subjective criticisms. We get it, you're glad you didn't wait (or you're mad that your BRZ-L is no longer the top-of-the-line trim).

Oh geez, that BRZ stitched on the seat... Oh well, are the rears blue too? I'm out of the loop, what's the difference between Aozora and blue series?

And don't let the dealer wash it!!!

I don't know about the rears, I think they're black with blue stitching.

The difference between the Aozora and Blue.Series is nothing. They're just called differently in Canada and the US respectively.

They're black. I asked.

In case you didn't notice...it seems like a ton of people aren't impressed with it, not just me...Just like how a ton of people were not impressed when the 2014 models were announced.
The Monogram had a much more impressive impact than the Blue Series.
I'd put the Blue Series on par with the 10 Series.
Oh, and the trim is irrelevant considering the upgrades I've put into my car...unless we're talking factory FI that is...

Noted, but all I'm saying is that your list of nitpicks is unnecessary. Ok, you don't like all the blue stuff (which, by the way, suits the Subaru brand very well), but maybe keep it to yourself instead of vocally trying to justify the fact that you don't have one (not saying that's the case, but that's what it looks like).

For example, your comment about the key fob: I don't think ANYONE can deny that it looks 100x better than the old one, but you just had to discredit that by mentioning how it stays in your pocket anyway... which isn't really true because I see a lot of owners just letting it dangle from their belt loops.

If you were a jealous Mustang or Gen Coupe owner, I'd understand, but why put down the brand new shiny toy of a new fellow twin owner?
