My favorite pizza place is now on my back deck. Made a pepperoni/hard salami/green olive pizza last night with olive oil, mozzarella, and sharp cheddar cheese. Only light pizza sauce. Start to finish took 20 minutes, 15 of which was heating up the oven. It was delicious, but sadly didn't think to take a pic.

You keep reminding me I have to venture into pizza making. I have two different brands of 00 pizza flour. Haven't found any good pizza in Idaho, just garbage pizza like little ceasers,etc..
Restaurant scene in Idaho sucks. That's why I've had to make my own Japanese restaurant at home. I'm thinking about getting a Kamoto Joe. You can get a wok, and a pizza stone for it. My son made us a killer paella with his last time we were in Texas. They get up to 750°. A bit pricy, but very versatile. |

My Nephew had his reception at Proof Craft Kitchen in Star ID.
They had pizza varieties out the wazoo. Some definitely unique combinations. Kept them coming, and had enough for breakfast too.
