The biggest I have ever seen fit the stock body is 18x10 +40 on 285/30s square. It requires replacement of all suspension control arms. Here is the thread:

Here is what I think I will try for the first part of the track season. Hoping to get the offsets correct and get an aggressive rear roll/pull. Please chime in if you think I will have any problems. Going for a square setup.

Fronts - Todoroki +30mm bolt on front fenders.
Wheel: 18x10 +40
Tire: Pirelli DH 265/645/18

Rear - Rolled, Pulled
Wheel: 18x10 +40
Tire: Pirelli DH 265/645/18

The section width of the Pirelli seems to be 10.7" - Which is around 272mm

I am also curious if I could step up to the DH 275/645/18 which has a section width of 11" - 279.4mm, but may not know until I experiment with a set and dial in the fenders.

I did, I think 22 or 23lbs for the 18x10.5, which is on par with other flow formed wheels on that size.

Front will fit for sure. I fit 275s with 10 to 11 section width on victory fenders which are only +25mm wider. It will be tight but it should fit. The rears, Im on rocket bunny copies that are around 2" wider, using +20 offset and 10mm spacers, so around +10 and it fits fine with still some room, so I think a +40 wheel of the same size will clear OEM fenders if rolled.

I was looking into this further and comparing sections widths with what people have reported with the Victory Function and Todoroki fenders. I may be able to step up to a 285/645/18 DH Slick it seems like (11.7" section width). I am aiming to not cut the rear, but I am fine with a heavy roll. It's going to be close, but I think I am going to give it a shot. The Todoroki is advertised as a +30mm, but I'm not really sure if it is any more usable than the VF. I plan to remove the side markers no matter what.

I had an extra set of 27/65/18s, so I had them mounted for fitment to size up what I'm working with. Stock body before new front fenders and rolling the rear. It appears I will be able to run a 285/645/18 Pirelli DH Slick. I was surprised that I seem to have extra space in the rear to run more of an offset to cover the tire.
