Ohhhh I remember there was a post either earlier this year or late last year from a dude asking everyone if he should do that.

But there was like one guy who claimed it would work and did some maths and wanted everyone to prove him wrong. Maybe it'd work. Even probably(for a small drop) but I'm not ghetto enough to chop my springs to save $200

I lived in a shitty hispanic part of LA for like 2 years. I was one of 2 white prior in the 26 unit building and one of like 6 in the entire "town". Gang bangers tested their guns a block away at an empty lot and a girl got snatched across the street. Still not ghetto enough to chop springs
