general comment, most 265's will fit easy with minimal clearance if your offset is 40 or higher. Once you go lower, past 38-35 offset you will need a decent amount of camber to fit a 10" wide tire (255-265). I ran MPSS and RE11 in 265 with no issues. The only time it rubbed was backing up full lock to the left (super weird...) and as stated in my OP I just trimmed the tabs so they wouldn't rub.

Advan GT

Finally after years of watching this thread I can contribute!

Wheels/Tires:
Advan GT 18x9.5 +40
Falken Azenis RT615K 265/35/18

Suspension Mods:
HKS Hipermax IV SP
Racer X adjustable F/R endlinks
Parts Shop MAX rear LCA/Toe/Traction arms

Current Alignment:
Front Caster: 5.8 (Stock - not adjustable with current mods)
Front Camber: -3.2
Front Toe: 0

Rear Camber: -2.5
Rear Toe: 0

Chassis Modifications:
Rolled front fenders near turn signal.
Rear bumper slowly being shaved by tire.
Emergency brake cable guide brackets completely removed.
Emergency brake cable routed behind toe arm shank.

Impressions:
I have been playing with the ride height/alignment the past few weeks. I do enjoy spirited driving, and am getting it ready for track usage, so I'm trying to balance function vs. form/stance.

The car started a bit lower, with less aggressive camber (-2.2 front, -1.8 rear), but I was rubbing in the back quite a bit on the top of the rear fenders. I raised the rear up a bit, but I already rubbed a good amount of paint off. oops!

A lot of people in this thread say can just roll them, but the lip is so thin, I can't imagine it being able to fold up on itself. Does anyone have any pictures they can share of their rear roll jobs? I have no reservations about getting it done, just about doing any type of permanent damage to the fender.

For the front, it does rub at full lock on the inner fender. I am also rubbing the front near the side marker, which I haven't rolled/bent inward yet.

I've taken it on a few drives through the hills and it feels great at it's current settings, which are reflected in the pictures shown. Not too much rubbing, just on hard dips and the occasional bump. Doesn't seem to rub during hard cornering, and I can keep my foot planted on the gas through much of the corner, which is a huge improvement over stock.

I wouldn't mind lower it a tad more, but I feel I would risk some of the handling/suspension travel at that point. Would love to hear some thoughts and opinions on the matter.

Looks great! I think you’re right about going lower it would hurt performance and probably be a pain to get i and out of driveways and over speed bumps. Sits perfect like that, pretty low but still functional.

I’d like mine a bit lower too but also I like having some ground clearance and suspension travel...less stressful to drive it haha. Measured at the front and rear jack points, I’m at 4 3/4” front and 5” rear

The meat is 285/30R18 RE71R

Looks awesome man! The brakes really fill the wheels in nice. Any rubbing issues with that size tire?

Thanks, I love it! The front tires rubbed the tab at the side marker light, it was super easy to roll those up. They also rub a little at full lock at the sway bar. I think they make some kind of sleeve that limits the rack travel. I have to track those down.

The rear only rubs at the top of the inner fender and it’s slight...I think when I hit big dips or bumps in the road.

Since all my suspension is adjustable I was able to narrow the track enough so there is minimal contact with the fenders. I’m not concerned as much with inside clearance...easy to bend, cut or grind more room👍🏽
