Not sure what is on my paint, superglue?

Hello,

I removed all 4 emblems off my 2015 FR-S using a hair dryer/floss/goo gone.

On the back emblem, there's this super strong glue (Maybe superglue? idk) that nothing will take it off. I've even used nail polish remover and it didn't take it off. I have an auto body friend who's never seen it either...

Any suggestions?

-Thanks

Also, sorry, Dunno why my attachement is upside down.

I thought that at first, but its raised when you feel it, like braille. Stops when your finger nail hits it.

That's a sigh of relief then. I would try some mineral spirits, maybe some laquer thinner in extremely small dabs and amounts. Or take it to a pro.

The trunk emblem? Most likely not it, but raised/bubbled portions on the paint can be be rust forming under it.

Looks to me like it's down to primer/metal. What does the back side of the emblem look like?
