so i worked in a massive house today on a sprawling property. the property maintenance guy was telling me they just spent $40,000 on mulch.

i'm convinced that being rich isn't better. it's just more of everything. and i don't need more...

It's not as good on carne asada, it's more of a pork or chicken thing, but some guys at work taught me this. You thinly cut radish into straws, then add diced habanero, and squeeze on enough lime to soak it all. Let sit for a few hours and add as a topping. The lime mellows it out a lot, so it is like a crunchy tangy relish for your tacos. Your hands will be red for a day and don't rub your eyes.

Maybe for fish tacos.

Sure, carnitas or pollo is ok. I know what I'm talking about. I lived in northern Mexico for 55 years.
