Your iPhone hole is full of lint, use a toothpick. A very common issue on all iPhones.

Also, make sure you have a high-quality cable. The Apple cables don't count as high quality.

No, but 99% of the time when someone with an iPhone complains about cable connectivity it's either a borked Apple cable or lint in the port.

I'm honestly amazed that people hate it so much. Not a bad design, just different. I prefer it over the traditional style now.

Its fine most of the time but sometimes I will try to cancel it after making a lane change, press it too much and will activate the opposite side blinkers. That annoys me

I agree with you. High beams don’t lock in either. I wish my RAV4 was like that.

- Homelink: They follow Subaru's recommendations of ordering the Homelink mirror and swapping out. Nothing regarding the harnesses. So it'll be swapping over and over it seems. I'll verify when I get the car back.

- Turn signal sitaution: They "could not replicate" the blinking. Which is complete BS as it happens on every - single - drive. So it'll be a few corporate calls I guess.

- Driver window: "Could not replicate" - not surprised here, it only happened in specific cold temps. I'm going to assume ice related for water that seems past the window gasket thing.

- Seatbelt squeaks: they have to order a whole new seatbelt assembly; backordered part.

So they've had the car for ~ 6 days, and basically accomplished nothing. Hopefully you all get better support than I have.

Did you ever get the seatbelt squeak resolved? Mine does it too.

After driving some German cars for years, it doesn't bother me a bit as they work the exact same way. One did the 3-blink lane change the same way as these cars, but was more traditional for a steady blink. The other was exactly like how this car works. It's instinct for me now.

Picked up my new BRZ earlier this week. I noticed that the back-up camera touch screen brightness level is dim. Are there any adjustments that can be made to make the screen brighter? My wife’s Crosstrek camera picks up the light well even at dusk.

Got the squeak earlier this week. Gonna drop it off and have them take a look at that, my rattle during acceleration, and a 6 month service. Gonna be a blast.

Is the rattle from the dash, passenger side?

If so, let us know what they do.

Exactly, yes. Rattle / buzz, about 80-90% of the time and it seems to be dependent upon the ambient temperature outside.

I bet it’s some cover or clip or something that’s not pressed all the way in or tightened.
