Shrimp and Grits! (nice and spicy too)

This is North Carolina so not exactly the Dirty South / Gulf coast yadada but they did a great job with it anyway and I never pass up the opportunity because it isn't a thing really up North usually.

EDIT: Is it still bougie if the drizzle is spicy?

I baked a beautiful loaf of bread a couple days ago. I substituted half the flour with whole wheat flour. Well, it was baked perfectly, and we all realized we don't like whole wheat bread. Threw out the loaf and the rest of the whole wheat flour.
