You haven't gotten a ticket in almost 2 years and you're 20 years old. So from the time you were at least 16-18 you racked up 15 tickets and 4 wrecks and managed to keep you license/permit. You caused $7k worth of damage to just your car so I'm assuming you were driving a decent speed when hit the other person. I don't recall anyone calling you a piece of shit, but when you ask for opinions, you should be prepared to hear the truth. And the truth is that everything you have said just leads us all to believe that you're just not responsible enough to be driving. |

@Joetheegyptian. If you're being genuine then you should seriously re-look at your past faults. Learn from them, go back to driving school, then go back again, then take a defensive driving class, then find a cheaper car to balance out the insurance, but most importantly... drive with some actual human intellect when you're behind the damn wheel.
OR SIMPLY DON'T EVER DRIVE AN AUTOMOBILE EVER AGAIN PERIOD.

Just had my Mind Blown by this........ How do you get 15 tickets and still have your license? Let alone crash 4 Times and from the way you phrased it, they were all your fault. Quit Playing with your Phone/radio or whatever, put your hands on the wheel and pay attention to your driving. If you won't do that then i agree with everyone else by saying you should be riding a bicycle or public transportation. Seriously, if its been your fault for all of those accidents and it was because YOU were not paying attention, you could have easily hit someone walking and ended there life! Pay attention when you are behind the wheel. I am not saying you are an idiot or anything like that, just saying that you need to pay more attention to your driving.

I need a Finger emojicon TO OP the only thing that you can do is. Come up with the money for the insurance, or find other means of transportation. it will take a while before your record get cleared and your insurance rate will go down. I expect that your rates wont be reasonable until your 26. |

I'm sure you are probably almost dropped out from the college. Don't tell me shit that you are doing straight As now. Thanks to your daddy because he is still able to feed you well. This thread needs to be locked. OP is just a fucking troll here. No one could work 55 hours a week and maintain a full time student status at the same time. He is probably skipping classes. |

So back on track. The issue here is the cost of your "New" insurance which you assume (rightly so) to be due to your past history. There are many insurance companies that will insure at risk drivers but they are all expensive. You may want to call the leasing company and tell them that your insurance has been revoked and it would be in their best interest to get you out of the car. You'll take a financial hit to your initial $5K investment but it is better to do this than pay a ridiculous amount per month to just "Lease" the car.
