Hesitation on no load throttle opening

Hi all, I have a Ford courier (not sure if or what this is called overseas). It has EFI and it has the briefest 'stutter' when you floor it from idle. ( No load, in neutral). It really is brief. It seems like it might misfire once or twice, then fine. Drives fine and the issue isn't really noticeable when driving, only when gassing it from idle. Doesn't even affect the car but the fact that it glitches like this does my head in and I need to fix it!

*Ignition system has been checked.
* MAF sensor has been replaced

I always start with the factory service manual to learn how the mfr. wants the system to be diagnosed. How old is it?

I've never tried to capture data from an earlier OBD2 system. If you have something like OBDLink, or Torque, it might be helpful.

I think the car is just reminding you it's a courier, not a race car, and nothing it does is done fast!
