off the shelf is 1.5way tuned for track/high performance street.

You can drift on it, but it wont be as aggressive as a drift spec 2way.

If you are actually competing in drift, then get it tuned. If you are a street user looking to drift on occasion for fun or to practice skills, then you should be gtg.

Sure does. Send me a PM to order, as they're backordered, but CSG has a bunch coming in. It can be configured for your driving discipline as well if you want.

Hi CSG mike,

Just curious. What’s the ETA on the osgiken diffs and are there any discounts available? I am highly considering doing this over headers and tune.

Hi CSG, I see you are using ATS LSD on one of your posts, do you use the OS Giken LSD oil for the ATS LSD? If not, what other LSD oil do you use?

Getting OS Giken LSD oil in Canada is not easy, most places here carry Motul 75W140.

Thanks!

Ah-- yes.. I ordered through 86Speed and selected the 2-way option. Support local businesses, right? Well, unfortunately, they didn't deliver and the stock option as it comes is 1.5way. Kind of annoyed by 86Speed at this point, but I can't complain about the diff. Got it installed by Kaiju Motorsports and it's been quite good on the daily streets. Haven't hit an event with it yet though, so I'll update that later on haha!

ETA is 3-10 weeks. Can't get anything firm due to shipping challenges.

A lot of diffs are backordered, so I'd say get in line if this is the route you want to go. The majority of the incoming batch is already sold.

I am no longer on an ATS.

On a OS diff, I'd recommend only OS fluid, unless you have a customized diff and your builder says otherwise.

OSG fluid is worth the $$$ for the smell. It's like a delightful grapefruit IPA. The only diff fluid I've encountered that doesn't stink to high heaven!

I welcome confirmation as I research installing this piece. I plan to purchase:
* 2x Differential Carrier Bearing PN# 9036650001 (G5001)
* 10x Differential Ring Bolts PN# 9010111353 (38113)
* 1x FRSsport Diff cover gasket
