I loved manual pumps and well water. Always cold and always soothing. This was still fairly common when I was a wee lad in the areas where my Grandparents lived (SC/KY)

No manual pumps, but we are on well water here.

The well water at my mobile home in Lassen national forest is the best. All filtered thru volcanic rock.

And always remember to leave a cup full of water next to the pump to prime it for the next use -

Its on Lotus Talk... is that the forum your talking about? Geezzz I haven't been on that forum in years. Prices just got out of touch for me. That $55k US is $75K CND before shipping and all the extra costs getting into and licensed here in the Great White North.

Didn't think smogging an R32 would be such a PITA. But after two weeks, I found a smog shop that knows that they're doing, isn't afraid of working on it, isn't full of themselves and spewing lies, and has functional equipment.

Skyline. Yes, I went through the CARB compliance process, so I wasn't looking for a hot smog. Just someone who knew what they were doing and wasn't afraid of it. LOL

Seems more and more shops are scared of old cars... which to me is funny because they're far more simple than new ones! Best of luck with the smog process!

I guess they like just plugging in the OBD device and push some keyboard buttons vs actually doing some work.

I mean, I get why some would be scared to work on the R32 here, but it has the BAR labels!!!!

I'm no super familiar with the car, but those don't have OBDII... so you're definitely messin' with the system

Car looks great, love that color.
