In keeping with the spirit of the exercise, I convinced someone to postpone a massage appointment.

Likewise, due to the lockdown, mrs humfrz had to postpone her appointment with her hair dresser (which saved about $125 - ).

Poor old lady, is getting grayer every day -

I'm wondering why you're not so keen to share your "handy tips" with Mrs Humfrz?? How about a duct tape hat or your gas mask converted into a cap??

Okay the $125 saving may take a wee hit..

I have noticed more traffic and people about in the last few days!! I think the Easter break and the good weather isn't helping!!

People are getting complacent, our Government has handed more power to the Police.. expect to see arrests for unnecessary movements..

Won't that just make things worse? Like 'We don't have enough beds for all the sick people we are going to have!' 'Well here's some more probably not sick people we need to lock up!'

You're looking too far ahead.. we can deal with the issues as they come up!! And I think the threat of having to live with a "real" sick person may stop them being stupid!!

We are hearing stories of people having house parties!!

House parties are so 2 weeks ago here. Now it's all about shoulder to shoulder fishing, because there are only so many good spots. I don't think anyone out and about is particularly worried about catching it to begin with, regardless of how likely or unlikely it is.

I don't understand the "bunched up" attitude when you guys have so much space.. what's the ratio of land per American? Isn't it one Globe per person or something?

Well most of that land is either private farmland (they all just put the manure down, not great for walking around) or wilderness far from where the people are. Also, I think they shut down the national parks, so you can't go there either.

People are concentrated in cities and suburbs. They can't travel anywhere, so they go to the nearest public outdoors space to get out of the house/apartment/etc.

All our wilderness area's are closed. They will ticket you for being there though I heard if you tell them you are foraging for food they will let it slide
