Very easy going the full FA24 route (vs FA20 heads on an FA24). My friends and I did it in my garage over a few weekends.I have the steps on my instagram linked in my signature, or you can search #fa24swap on ig. tl;dr -

Impressive, very nice. Now let's see Rowdy's Cosworth FRS. JK, very cool you were able to do the swap with relative ease!

I think it will become the ez button for this car.
I'll try and update this post with some more details eventually. Just been lazy and out of the car scene for a while

219whp and 189 wtq on e75. Didn't have time to finish the e85 tune but it's close enough. My last dyno on the FA20 had me at about 198 whp and 141 wtq, so will be nice to have the extra torque.
Puts me out of NASA TT5 classing as my car is currently configured, so I'll run NOLA next week probably as TT4. I can probably fit in 5 with a wheel and tire change for now.

Adding the fuel door flap. I added a second fuel pump to the passenger side, which helped, but was still getting fuel starvation. I heard doing both is what really helps. My fuel gauge also intermittently doesn't work. Possibly from keeping e85 in it for long periods of time as it became more of a track car. Took a look at the contact pads and they didn't look bad, so didn't bother cleaning it. Also, idk how people get both the inner triangle and the outer triangle to align with the mark when reinstalling the fuel basket. I got the inner one to align, which is the important one imo as it orients the connectors.

Ran the car in time trials at NOLA Motorsports Park this past weekend with no issues.
Fixed some minor issues Friday night trackside related to leaking oil and leaking fuel (that were unrelated to the swap and my fault during install). The double downshifts in the video are *chef's kiss*. AiM data says my oil temp stayed 220ish on track, so happy about that. I do have a prototype dual gauge pod holder, so I think I want to add an oil pressure gauge just for aesthetics.
