I kept forgetting to reply to this. Started driving around at 80mm and that would work without an issue.

I posted the files I used for my own kit on https://github.com/timurrrr/86buttdrop , along with some rough instructions on how to order and install it.
Over the next weeks (or months), I'll add more legroom options.

If anyone in the SF Bay Area wants to help test the kits for other legroom positions, please let me know!

Today I've successfully installed the "maximum legroom" version of the kit on another local "guinea pig"'s car, and updated the GitHub project with the files and instructions for that kit.

It's the 9th revision of the kit already (!!) and I think it's good enough for me to put this project on a pause.
