Exclamation STI S208/S209 Wing for FRS/BRZ/GT86

Hi, I’m new here. I’ve never used forums before or written on one.

I’ve always wanted a BRZ tS Wing for my FRS. I love that wing. But since it’s $3k, it’s to expensive so I decided to try and found replica. Every time I searched I only found STI S208/S209 wings and I was wondering: Does the STI S209 Wing fits an FRS or BRZ?

I’ll be extremely grateful if anyone can help me out.

If I didn't have a tS, I'd get an APR wing.

Do you know if the S208/S209 Wing would fit on my FRS?

And thanks for your suggestions, I just always wanted that tS wing.

Would it be too unrealistic to get a BRZ tS?! A little more expensive than the wing. Lol
I really want a tS. And it’s probably going to be difficult to find any genuine STI tS parts that don’t cost an arm and a leg. So getting the entire car might be the best option!

Which wing do you prefer? The JDM tS with the small end plates or the North American tS with the large end plates?
Either way do a search for; BRZ tS Wing For Sale and you'll find several plus others that do not look like the tS but are wings none the less.

JDM

North American

You would have to drill holes but don't see why it wouldn't fit since it doesn't appear to have any specific shape to the mounting points.

SERIOUSLY? LOL, i've been trying to find someone who has done it. Do you have any pictures? Was it the S207, S208, or S209 wing?

Hey there everyone, sorry for the inactivity. Changed phones and forgot to install the app.

I did the wing and it turned out amazing. I already had a small spoiler or duck tail and wanted to keep it because I thought it might give it good look under the S209 look and for me, it looks incredible.

If you are going to put the S209 wing on your FRS/BRZ/86, it fits perfectly. Keep in mind you have to measure everything perfectly before you drill the holes.

In the measuring part I made a little mistake because remember, it’s an S209 wing and it comes with templates for the WRX STI.

I’m going to leave some pictures here. There’s more on my Instagram: @daniel.Balaguer
You can dm me over there if you need any other info, I’lol be glad to help.

It looks very much like the wing on my tS, which personally I think looks really good . I wonder, is the S209 wing really any bigger?

Thanks a lot! It actually is a little bit wider. I talked to someone who has a tS and a friend of his has a S209 and he told me it was going to fit perfectly but it’s a little bit wider. Nothing crazy.

Hey everyone! Sorry to revive the thread but I’m attempting to do what Daniel did and have both the wing and duck lip spoiler. I’ve just recently installed the wing but at the moment it’s just mounting to the boot lid sheet metal and isn’t really braced by anything underneath. How did you manage to brace the wing to the structural parts of the boot? I’ve got a second hand replica wing and the guy didn’t provide me any additional mounting hardware apart from some screws
