Yea, we need different reactions other than "Thanks" on here. Sometimes thanks just doesn't fit. This is the only forum I belong to that has only one reaction you can do.

At least we have a reaction here. I'm on one that has no way to "+1" except by replying. Though most others have a handful of reactions now.

Started the 'partout' on the BRZ to recoup some $$ from the purchase price. Forgot how much I hate selling stuff on Facebook/Kijiji. My prices are all, in my opinion, super reasonable at about 1/2 MSRP in C$ BEFORE paying out the posterior for shipping on them new. And yet people are offering $100 on an item listed asking $500 obo that costs $1100 new pre-shipping... I'd rather bin it than give them the satisfaction of a successful 'lowball'.

Could always say sure, then 5 minutes before pickup say you got a better offer.

As funny as that is, I don't think I could bring myself to do that. Would rather just say 'no' and move along.

Replaced stock top hats with the Pedders yesterday. It might already be common knowledge but I'm quite pleased with myself for coming up with a minimally invasive procedure.

Lifted front.

Removed one wheel.

Supported control arm with another small jack.

Lowered front.

Lashed three coils on both sides of one spring.

Loosened strut top nut.

Removed mounting nuts for both top hats.

Lifted front again until the weight of the installed wheel pulled everything free.

Went to town on the open side, blah blah blah...

Winner winner chicken dinner!
