Get a STI 2015 or an Evo if you can.

a 2015 WRX wouldn't be bad either.

But idk our age gap is probably a lot bigger lol why don't you ride in a style and get a Q50 or something

Which aside from the hood scoop had the same bodywork as the base Impreza..

To this:

which is the full on wide-body kit off of the STi for the most part, on the standard WRX. I just think it looks worlds better.

I know there's not much of a performance difference, but it just looks... so good.

Ohhh. I get you now. I wouldn't even consider the '08-'10s EVER. What a bastard year. It's bad enough the new ones look like mazdas/evo copies. That whole platform is taking a huge nosedive aesthetically.. the '13-'14 is my favorite of the newer.

The 02-07 had widebody . My baby.. that jdm hoodscop, lol.

time for a 4door?

On family point of view that redesign rouge is nice.... But I would rather pick juke.... & since you bring out Venza too. Venza is a easy win cuz Nissan material feels far less comfy despite the minimal difference.

Another car that nobody mentions but will make both U & UR FAMILY HAPPY & U should HOLD ON for is Subaru Levorg!!

Think 2015 WRX + OLD Volvo MY GOD!!! No need to thank me.

my old car was a 2008 nissan rogue, felt under powered but enough for day to day use, right before i sold it i took 4 people +gear, snowboarding; terrible mistake i forgot NA cars don't do well at higher elevation. LOL

I'd go with a v6 venza, the 2gr is a beast, yet calm and smooth when your not pushing it.

Your pics are borked and with no solid release date, who knows when it'll come over. I'd be all over it if it was the next few months.

Oh it's easy, you start by this.

https://www.facebook.com/levorgforamerica

The page also have all the info & review about levorg haha

It's basically a dressed up WRX wagon since there is no WRX wagon now & not that hard for them to bring it over.

Actually what about a Juke Nismo? That's Turbo'd and its a cross over and you can get it FWD or AWD.

Or the RS Juke. They cost almost the same as a FRS or BRZ maybe a couple hundred cheaper.

Ah, see it was less a criticism of commenters and more so on the OP, with the huge range he is comparison shopping (Toyota Sienna vs. Audi S3, wtf) it's obvious he has no idea what he needs or a true directive of what he wants, we are barely a step above "4 Doors" here.

A 15 month old means 2 years ago his(or her) family went +1, before (s)he even posted on here. This is not a surprise situation for OP but rather something they have had literally years to think about. It's obvious (to me) this is the kind of person who is much more satisfied going with their gut and who's time would be much better spent reading comparison tests and seeing the cars in person than polling fanbois on an enthusiast site in order to get quality carbuying advice.

I fully expect a post in a year "halp, can't fit two strollers in my WRX, should I buy an Acura MDX or Ford Raptor?"

And your 'artefacts' are not helpful, comments on handling dynamics and transmissions that can't handle more power are of low consequence to a person mostly concerned with taking Johnny and Jane to the park in the afternoon while saving up for their college education.

That's what I am doing...getting a q50s and keeping my 86. The wifey will use the q50s for daily driving.

(Please read as actual questions not as sarcasm)
Why is it "not hard for them to bring over"?
Have they even been tested and approved for the NA market?
Is there any sign of NA marketing?
