Just a 6 dollar relay that blows on the output card. Every time we get a power surge it pops it. We keep having transformers fail at work for our 480 service. I didn't catch that it killed a contactor on the furnace and shorted the output on the controller. Also melted a coil, quite a bit of carnage this time. So I have to repair my repair

This is exactly how I learned to reverse engineer malware while attempting to learn how to program. I still can't program.

Honestly in software engineering it's super common to create new bugs by fixing other bugs.

You sort of end up in situations where you go "oh shit, this fixed the issue!" only for maybe an hour or night to go by and something goes completely screwy and you're then like "oh shit what have I done?".

Having been the guy that gets to integrate updates and test when they are "done", I can say this is accurate.

Well, spike021, that's too damn bad -

I know nothing about your line of business, but, I will offer a few general suggestions.

* get to know your boss and figure out what he expects of you.

* attempt to please the person who performs your performance review and recommends you for a salary increase.

* do your best to cooperate with your fellow employees, help those that are newer/weaker.

* figure out who the "corporate snakes" are and ovoid them as much as possible.

* don't have an affair with a co-worker.

THAT'S ALL I KNOW

Did I miss something on the 2021 400Z thread that got it closed? Usually I can figure it out but this one is a mystery.

Don't think so. Unless there was something earlier that I missed. Nothing recent happened.

OK, I was going to reply to you that you are right about the front end, but that I would also suggest maybe a hood change so it looked more like the older z hoods and add some character.

Something like this (would also leave room for mods)

May have been closed 'cause of "Not Our Marque"

Was going to say the proto-Z looks much easier to clay bar than an R-civic.
Props for finally arriving at a new car design without fake scoops all over.
