Yes as in durability?
I'm pretty sure the colour will fade/chip off no matter how expensive the nut is |

Their page on SplineDrive looks like a page for bling.
These require their socket to remove and replace. If you are removing your wheels a lot a standard wheel nut that uses a 19mm socket is the simplest and easiest to replace you should loose the socket. Personally I wouldn't consider using aluminium alloy nuts on my wheels. If you want colour there are coloured steel nut available.

I have the McGard spline drive w/lock set. Amazon had a pretty decent price on them.

Spline drives.... not for security reasons, since anyone with the spline socket can remove all the nuts, but because they are durable and the washer base seems to make it easier to tighten on alloy wheels than regular lugs.
I wouldn't use aluminium just because the weight savings are negligible, and even if you were saving two pounds, it's all at the centre of rotation and you would be better served buying lighter tires or wheels. |

Ray's racing lug nuts. $100 for a set with wheel locks. They are durable as hell and I've removed them at least 10 maybe 15 times now. Love em.

I second this. Can't go wrong with a good price and lifetime corrosion warranty.

Just kiding.. If you got a set of $8000 wheels, if they really want them, they will take them anyway.
