Auto window?
Noob to the forums here, first post. I plan on buying a BRZ here soon. First thing that will be done to the car will be window tint, after searching through the forum I was unable to find a clear answer to this auto window function. What is it, what does it do, and does anyone have a video of it? Btw out of all of the forums that I am a member of, this one by far is the easiest to navigate.

The windows rolls down about half an inch when you open the door and rolls back up to seal the door when you close it.
The switch for the windows in the cabin allows you to do auto down by pressing down on the it all the way; pull up all the way for auto up.

Many vehicles have an air extractor (actually terminilogy may be incorrect) usually located in the rear bumper. However to save weight, many sports cars feature the roll down feature when opening/closing door. |

It also helps prevent the window from breaking when you shut the door.

Are you referring to the AutoWindow modules that allow the windows to be opened using the keyfob buttons?
