They poke. Especially in the front. And they are very close to the front spring and perch (if u drop and camber, good chance ud hit)
^ red arrow is pointing to the spring perch, pic taken from below/behind front wheel |

Hi, Sorry if this is a dumb question but I've tried searching but just not sure. I'm looking at Enkei Kojin 18x8 ET40 and my car is completely stock. I've seen someone do 17x8 ET40 but I don't know if the rim size matter or if the spokes will touch the brake... Also, tirerack has this for frs but the offset is 45. So I'm not too sure. Thanks for the help.

Folks, be sure to check out the wheel fitment chart in the stickies at the top of this subforum.
Lots of these setups are already documented in there, or close enough. I mean, if you see an offset higher than yours and one that's lower and they are both confirmed to work...yours will probably work, too. You don't even have to read the whole sticky, just look at the chart and there are links to threads where people have done this or that wheel/offset/tire. Of course, there are always differences here and there, but I keep seeing really conservative setups being posted up here for confirmation. Not a big deal for someone to reply "yep that works" but isn't it nice to not have to wait on someone else for an answer? Of course, I highly recommend starting a thread or replying to that sticky if you can confirm a setup that's not already on that chart. Just helps it grow for the next guy/gal looking for answers. That's all. Back to your regularly scheduled thread.

I'm thinking of getting Eibach Sportlines for my BRZ. I will be getting 18x8.5 +44 in the front and 18x9.5 +44 in the rear with 245/40/18 all around. Will I have problems in the rear at all?

18x9.5 +40 all around with 245/35 (too much front poke?) or 18x8.5 +35 front with 225/40 and 18x9.5 +40 rear with 255/35 (not flush?) Please help i'm very new to wheels/tires and doing as much research as possible. |
