Post T7019A Android 2.3 Unpacking

Here is the HU from Tradesolutions.hk A lot of harness, right identified with labels for connecting to car HU harness.
So, I read about trouble about 12+ for amplified car antenna. Which pin/cable must I solder/connect? ...and for rear camera voltage?

I would try P.CNTR for your antenna first.

I believe they're used to connect a SWC interface such as the PAC-SWI or Metra's ASWC.

I'm also studying mine before to mount in the car.
Regarding the antenna, the power for the booster is the pin 8 in the 10 pins connector.
According to SVXcd post http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showt...booster+wiring, this original connection is perfect for the BRZ and it is not necessary to use the antenna adaptor blue wire . For the FR-S, the adaptor blue wire have to be connected to this pin, assume the best solution is to remove the pin from the connector and join the 2 wires. For the Toyota, I'm not sure that the car is equipped with an antenna booster. I Will try without any connection and if results are bad I will connect like the FR-S.
The wire P.CNTR appears to be for the subwoofer amp. thus it could be connected in the pin 9 of 10 pins connector for BRZ and FR-S as Toyota have not subwoofer amp. except with JBL option.
Regarding the rear camera, the brown wire have to be pluged in pin2 on 28 pins connector. This give 12v when rear gear is engaged and order the HU to switch the video on the CAMERRA plug. For the power of the camera I'm studying a simple electronic switch which will allow the camera to be powered during a determined time (say 45s) when the ACC is switched on. This will permit to the HU to recognize that a camera is plugged during booting and the camera is not powered permanently. When the rear gear is engaged, the camera is powered on and will remain active around 4s after the gear have been disengaged. In fact I add this delay to have the time to check the correct position of the car I noted that I was often far from my garage wall ......;-)
In fact this electronic system is similar to the connection in pin 7 of 16 pins connector which avoid a permanent power of the camera. The connection to the rear lights remains also possible but I do not know whether the HU recognize the presence of the camera during booting.
I'm waiting the USB hub and ELM327 bluetooth to pursue the install.

I'm very interested in this HU. Would love to see a short review! Does this HU go by any other name other than T7019A?

Just be aware that it powers your amp down and then up every time the reverse camera is triggered.

I think it may have also done so after every call. Can't remember.

I don't have a reverse camera, but I can guarantee it doesn't shut down after every call.
