Ya, feels like at least 2-3 inches compared to a bottomed out stock seat. Used the lowest mounting points possible on the sliders/mounts (nagisa driver side and buddy club passenger).

I'm 5'10 and if I were any shorter, I think I'd have some visibility issues.

Debadged the "Subaru". I think I'm just going to take off the "BRZ" tomorrow as well.

Are you running without an engine air filter?

No. I am still using an air filter for my intake. I just removed the silly charcoal diaper that’s in there.

I'm debating this. I've already removed the "Subaru" badging and it looks so much better. Can't decide whether I want to go full monty and remove the "BRZ" badges too.

I totally debadged my last car and really liked it, so it isn't like I haven't done it before. Not sure why I have an irrational attachment to the remaining badges.

the 86 is an obscure car. way more fun to change the badge to something else. 3/4's of the world assumes the badge is the car!

I spy heated seats meaning the higher end trim. If only replacing the driver seat, is the 3.3ohm resistor all is needed for the dash SRS light? Anything for the heated seat element?

Thanks.

Yes, you'll be fine with just a resistor. No complications due to the heated seat on the driver side.

The same cannot be said for the passenger seat.

Yes, they 18x8. Those are also the stock 215 ps4 tires. When they wear out, definitely going with wider tires. And maybe some lowering. Right now, one step at a time for me.
I’m loving the design and look of the wheels.

It likely won’t make a noticeable difference in power loss(if there is a loss)
Losing 2-3whp isn’t gonna change my life and I’m not a fast enough driver on track to need every ounce of power from this car
What are your thoughts post install? Any improvement in sound?

still experimenting with it. initially, sound difference is miniscule. no change is how the car feels or drives.

i dont think id even be able to use sound difference as a selling point. at this point, all it's doing is cleaning up the engine bay a little bit.

i do however want to mess with the intake tube behind the front bumper as well to see if anything can be done there
