Has anyone tried the Greddy Supreme SP axle back on the 2022 cars?

Great sound when accelerating and downshifting. Zero drone at highway or low RPM cruising.

Sounds very quiet to be honest

Did you use headphones? At first I listened to this clip on my phone and was surprised at how quiet it sounded. I listened to it later with an over the ear headset and the deep sound came through much better.

I'm sure it's not as loud as alot of the setups, but it's definitely not what I consider quiet.

Do you remember how close the center muffler was to your driveshaft? It's quite close for me...

Funny you mention this, I accidentally sheared the bolt that mated the exhaust up to my stock front pipe. I went to Subaru and got a replacement bolt but they would not put it on so I drove over to a Mieneke car care and they threw it on for me( no charge!). When it was up on their lift he showed me that the muffler was rubbing the drive shaft just a little bit so he was able to loosen the connections and twist it slightly to give it more clearance but yes it is very close.

Axlebacks from 1st Gen don't fit, only newly designed specifically for 22 work. I'm unfamiliar with the greddy lineup so they may have some 22 stuff out to already

Keep an eye on it. I had to do the same (fiddle with everything) to buy myself a few additional mm of clearance.

But if you end up wheel hopping, accelerating hard, or anything that would cause the differential (and driveshaft) to shift, you might contact again.

i hope the hks legamax will come out with a non-burnt tip option...i'm thinking the size of the tips are perfect compared to the greddy....if only the jdm sti exhaust was a little bit cheaper

hks legamax 124mm tips
oem jdm STI exhaust 120mm tips
greddy supreme 114mm tips

I am also seriously considering the Sard axle-back from Japan.
Lighter by 3kg, real titanium tips and not too loud.

https://www.sard.co.jp/parts/products/exhaust/suzt2/

The video has fairly ordinary sound quality, however the note in the upper range of the rpm is nice and clean.
