New wheels and TPMS

So quick question on TPMS sensors. If I get a new pair of wheels (thinking Enkei because they are light and cheap - relatively) and order the TPMS kit from Tirerack, will the local tire place be able to configure the TPMS kit properly? Or will i then need to drive out to the dealership to have them do it? Or neither, because the TPMS kit doesn't work with a Subaru BRZ?

I could, but I want to leave the old sensors of the old wheels along with my winter tires. It costs too much to move the sensors back and forth all the time.

I use mine twice a year to switch between summer and winter wheels.

I believe the dealership will need the serial numbers on the sensors. I made the mistake of ordering Enkeis with sensors mounted on RS3s directly from Tirerack. The dealership told me they would have to remove the tires from the wheels to get the serial numbers in order to program them. So now, I have wheels with sensors and still have a TPMS light. I'll address that with my next set of tires.
