Wanted to add something to the mix. I just put on WS80s about a week ago or so, and since then we've had a warm front move in. Yesterday it was up to 70 degrees (20 celcius for the international folk). The WS80s are absolute crap in the heat. They are mushy, traction control would kick in when I was turning, etc.

I knew I should have waited to put them on, but for folks sitting on the fence, I'd suggest you wait until the weather is right for them.

^ I've been having the same issue as you, right after I put them on it's gone back up to 10 degrees Celsius. The car feels floaty as heck, and the traction control is coming on almost every time I round a 90 degree bend, frigging frustrating, though they were like 10psi under inflated but nope, just warm and unhappy.

They are noisier than the stock summer tires for sure, but not obnoxious. Dry handling is not as crisp (of course). Fun factor is actually pretty high - with these tires you can feel the rear of the car moving around at lower speeds, which is actually pretty cool.
I've put off putting mine on this year as it hasn't gotten close to snowing. Probably will do it next week. The LMs are still pretty solid in snow. My work garage exits to a pretty steep up hill with no opportunity to speed up first and then crests right at a stop sign where I have to make an up-hill right. No problems even with an inch of fresh snow on the ground.

Good to see someone else local. Let me know if you ever want to go for a drive. Also, just got a ATEQ Quickset, so let me know if you need any help switching between snows and summers.

I am glad mine are already installed, I don't want to be out there when its 20F trying to put them on...they do suck when its even over 40F though.

This is nice to hear as I have not had the chance to run mine in snow yet. I also have a ATEQ Quickset - works really well once you get it plugged in all the way...!

Where are you in DE? I work in Glasgow/Bear area on 896 just north of Rt 40.

I am in North Wilmington, work in the city. I am heading down to the Middletown Cars and Coffee for the first time on Saturday with some other car friends. Not sure which car I'm taking yet.
