He is referring to a solid bargain exhaust driven turbocharger kit.
I know, I'm referring to his hilarious e-warriorness in so many threads.

My kit is an expensive fan with a pulley

I don't get the point of you attacking this mans choice for fi on his car pretty childish man.

And in regards to pl producing less mechanical failures id say that's related to fbm and fa20 moving more kits, failures are bound to happen and a bunch of piping with a hairdryer on them aren't going to fail too often unless the welder sucks ass.

Ultimately buy what makes you happen man not what someone else tells you to get. My only advice would be to look for a kit with a quality turbocharger on it.

I'm not referring to the OP, talking about another person. I paid my extra money for my kit for certain reasons also. I'm not scared to pay more for what I want.

That's my perspective on things.

@Hawaiian you are correct. My car did suffer from a front end collision with only one pipe being replaced. Everything else stood up to the damage. Moved that over to the new car in about month after it I crashed. So I guess that's another testimony to the kit

I am perfectly capable of understanding who you were a addressing. I was pointing out how you came across rude for no reason.

It looks like the P$L kit comes with a better turbo, and V-band connections, both of which I think are upgrade options on other kits, which might make the costs of those kits up near the P&L kits.

I know to do this right, it's going to cost a LOT more than just the kit costs. When I go FI, at the same time the turbo kit is installed, I'll also be installing a new clutch, catch can, oil cooler, new radiator, gauges, and other stuff.

I would do research on pte I haven't heard to many good things since they switched away from using Garrett chra's. I had a 5857 and had to send it back after being on my car for one week because it blew even with proper care the seals went out. I prefer Garrett myself but everyone has their own personal preference.

Thanks, now I can say: P&L turbo kit, crash tested.

Just checked the sales record and with the kit going out at the end of the week, and the one getting installed this week at the shop we are at 34 kits total. There are several over seas, but there are quite a few in the states as well.

Some have asked for NDAs but without revealing too much AU and PI.
